The Daughters of the American Revolution of Michigan will hold a dedication ceremony for a large marker commemorating the upcoming 250th anniversary of the founding of our nation. This marker honors the men and women who sacrificed so much to help achieve American independence. The ceremony will include profiles of a few Revolutionary War Patriots, and the unveiling of the large bronze marker. The event is on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM, on the northeast side of the Chippewa County Courthouse grounds. This event has been officially recognized by America250MI.
