Lake Superior State University is proud to present a special performance of The Sound of Music, performed by Bay City Academy!

This performance is part of a special partnership between LSSU and Bay City Academy, one of our LSSU-authorized charter schools.

We wanted to create an opportunity for these students to perform on a college stage and share their hard work with a larger audience.

This 11:00 AM performance is our student matinee, designed primarily for visiting school groups. Student groups will be seated first, and any remaining seats will then be opened to the general public.

This beloved musical tells the story of Maria and the von Trapp family, filled with unforgettable songs and a powerful message of courage, family, and hope.
𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄Donations are gladly accepted, and all proceeds go directly back to Bay City Academy’s Drama Department to support future productions.
Doors will open 20 minutes prior to the start of the show.
