Speaker Visit: Russell Magnaghi: Historical Food and Gardening in the Upper Peninsula

| We have a GREAT evening planned for you! Russell Magnaghi is a retired professor from NMU who studied and taught the history of the Upper Peninsula for nearly 40 years. With his expertise and his appreciation for good food, Russell travels around the UP to find the best dishes and is working on his next book revolving around those finds. Russell will be talking to us about the practice of agriculture, farming, and gardening in the UP, with a particular emphasis on the EUP. You’re sure to leave the program knowing something new!
