Bayliss Public Library provides books (in print, large print, digital and audio formats), magazine, newspapers, movies, music, microfilm, genealogical resources, inter-library loans, computer usage and wireless Internet access.

Library cards are available free of charge to residents of and property owners in the Superior District Library service area, as well as to students at local schools and colleges.  Non-residents and temporary residents may also obtain library cards for an annual fee.
