Sault Ste. Marie, MI – Chippewa Luce Mackinac Community Action Early Childhood Programs (CLMCAA) is now accepting applications for its Head Start, Early Head Start, and Great Start Readiness programs for the upcoming school year. Families with children from pre-birth to age five are encouraged to apply now to secure their spot in these high-quality early learning programs that focus on school readiness, health, and family engagement.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer recently announced record Pre-K enrollment in Michigan, highlighting the increasing demand for early childhood education. With funding and resources expanding, now is the perfect time for families to take advantage of the comprehensive services offered through CLMCAA’s Head Start program.

Early Head Start is a federally funded program that provides comprehensive child development and family support services to pregnant women, infants, and toddlers up to age three.
