Join Kamikaze Comedy at Three One Three Venue in Sault Ste. Marie! These shows have been an absolute blast and it’s our last show before our summer break! We’re bringing up two of Grand Rapids’ funniest with headliner, Joe Elder featuring Christa Wright! Hosting for the evening is the Soo’s own and local favorite, Mat Georgevich! Country living, cheeky smiles, and captivating comedy, Joe Elder is the every man that is like no other man. An innate storyteller, Joe will bring the audience along with him on a wild ride before a twist ending that would make M. Night Shyamalan blush. It’s always a joy to see Joe onstage, just don’t use Roundup near his garden! Joe is a multi-time Gilda’s Laughfest, Don’t Tell Comedy, and Next Stop Comedy performer. He was selected 2023 Best of West Michigan Comedians by Revue Magazine. Joe has appeared on Creek & The Cave in Austin TX, as well as the Comic Strip in NYC. He was part of the 2021 Columbus Comedy Festival, and the 2024 & 2025 Laughter on the Lakeshore Comedy Festival. Joe has performed alongside Comedy Central’s Mitch Fatel, SNL’s Jay Mohr, and he once ate a plum from Eddie Griffin’s green room. Armed with a little bit of silly and a whole lot of sass, Christa Wright brings laughs to every stage. Originally from out in the sticks, the former theater kid brings those two drastically different worlds together to craft a comedic cocktail for the ages. Whether discussing dating, the terrible twenties, or just general goofiness, Christa has audiences fall for every apparent charm.
