Join us in helping save lives across the Upper Peninsula at this Community Blood Drive, proudly hosted by MyMichigan Medical Center Sault and the Sault Medical Library.

All donations made with the UP Health System Regional Blood Center stay right here in the U.P., supplying patients in need at all 12 regional hospitals. Every donation makes a difference — one pint of blood can save up to three lives.

Walk-ins are welcome, or you can schedule ahead to ensure a quicker donation experience. Donors are encouraged to eat a healthy meal, stay hydrated, and bring a valid ID.

Who can donate?
Most healthy individuals aged 17+ (or 16 with parental consent) who weigh at least 110 pounds are eligible. If you’re unsure about eligibility or medications, call 906-449-1450 for details.

We are currently experiencing an urgent need for all blood types — your donation matters now more than ever.

Refreshments, juice, and cookies will be provided, and baked goods are always welcome!
