Join us for an important community education session on overdose awareness and prevention, led by Miranda Maitland, pharmacist and clinical coordinator at MyMichigan Medical Center Sault.

This program will focus on how and when to use Narcan, a life-saving medication that can reverse opioid overdoses. Participants will also receive free Narcan kits and medication disposal materials to take home.

Miranda Maitland, a Sault Ste. Marie native, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University and completed her residency at Munson Medical Center. She has dedicated her career to promoting community health, safety, and education.

This event is free and open to the public— no registration required.
