Free Round Robin Yoga Flow
Join us in our comfortably warmed studio for a FREE round robin yoga flow with our entire team! This is a special opportunity to experience a bite-sized snippet of each of our classes and get to know our instructors. All we ask is that you’re comfortable with a few photos being taken for marketing.
What to Expect
Come in comfortable yoga clothes and bring a water bottle.
Six mini flows led by our instructors — about 10 minutes each, giving you a taste of the unique style each teaches at the studio:
Allyse: Begins with a grounding meditation to set your intention.
Autumn: Leads a gentle beginner warm-up to get you moving and warmed up.
Molly: Guides a peak flow segment, blending strength and fun movement.
Koral: Takes you through a slow flow, focused on strengthening and cooling down.
Morgan: Leads a gentle transition from flow to yin, encouraging deep relaxation.
Allyse: Brings us full circle with meditation and flow into savasana.
This class is perfect for all levels — whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll enjoy a variety of styles and flows in one inspiring session.
