Join us at Algonquin Cross Country Ski Trail on March 14th for our winter tree ID walk! This event will be an educational workshop on how to identify trees during the winter using bark, twig, and needle characteristics. No leaves required! We will meet at the trailhead off of West 16th Avenue at 5:30 PM, and will be walking and talking on the trails. Feel free to direct any questions to our District Forester, Logan Ferguson, who will be leading the walk. The folks from Birds Eye Outfitters will be joining us as well, as will our CISMA Coordinator, Evan Chalmers. Hope to see you all there!
