Chippewa Luce Mackinac Community Action Agency (CLMCAA) is committed to serving the needs of our community and ensuring that our programs and services are aligned with the evolving priorities of the Eastern Upper Peninsula. As part of our ongoing strategic planning efforts, we are conducting a Community Needs Assessment to gather valuable feedback from residents across Chippewa, Luce, and Mackinac counties.

We invite community members to participate in this important survey, which will help us understand the most pressing challenges faced by individuals and families in our region. To thank participants for their time, respondents will have the chance to win a $50 gift card—three winners will be selected randomly. The survey is available online at clmcaa.com/survey and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous, and the information collected will be used solely for planning purposes.

“We believe that the best way to meet the needs of our community is to listen to the people who live here,” said Joe Nolan, Executive Director of CLMCAA. “This survey is an opportunity for every voice to be heard, and we encourage everyone to take a few moments to share their thoughts. Your input will help shape the future of our programs and services.”

In addition to online distribution, CLMCAA will make the survey widely accessible by including flyers in food distribution and takeaway service bags, sharing it on social media, and posting it on our website.

CLMCAA offers over 40 programs and services designed to support individuals and families, including housing assistance, senior services, early childhood programs, transportation, weatherization, and more. With your input, we can continue to grow and improve our offerings to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

The survey will remain open until March 31, 2025, so don’t miss the chance to share your feedback and help us build a stronger, more connected community. For more information, please visit our website at clmcaa.com/survey or call us at (906) 632-3363. Thank you for helping us serve you better!
