This tournament is one catch fishermen won’t want to get away in Summer 2020. The North American Bass Challenge is open to everyone, no matter the skill-level or age. The angler who lands the largest bass will win a brand-new Ranger boat. It is slated to launch August, 20-22.

2. Explore Tahquamenon Falls 365 Days a Year!
The Tahquamenon Falls State Park is only an hour and 20 minutes from downtown Sault Ste. Marie, with amazing stops along the way.  The Falls are also open to visit year-round, and each season brings its version of spectacular!

March 25 at 12:01 AM, the first freighter of the new shipping season is allowed to pass through the Soo Locks gates! Be a part of the excitement with the other freighter enthusiasts on the observation deck.

7. Experience the Twin Soos from 210 feet in the Air
Visit the Tower of History for a panoramic view of both Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and Ontario. The view is pretty extraordinary at any time of year, but it is extra special in the fall!
